Terms of sale
What you get when you buy Sarkari.
Last updated 16 October 2026.
What you are buying
A licence to install and use Sarkari. It is an annual licence, at the price shown in your currency, with tax added where it applies. You can pay for the year in full, in advance. That costs at least 15% less than 12 monthly instalments. Or you can pay in 12 monthly instalments, each invoiced in advance. If you choose instalments, you owe the whole year once the licence starts. Stopping the instalments doesn't cancel what's owed.
Our prices are set before tax. At checkout, Stripe Tax adds any VAT or sales tax due, worked out from your billing address. If you buy for a business and give its tax number, the reverse charge applies and no tax is added. We send your invoice and receipt.
- One seat. One person, on one computer at a time.
- The seat moves. If you install on a new computer, the seat goes there. The old computer's dashboard has a button to take it back.
- For as long as you like. The software does not expire. Your copy keeps working, at the version it is entitled to, whether or not you ever pay again, unless it has been changed in a way the licence doesn't allow.
Who can buy
You can buy Sarkari for a company incorporated in the United Kingdom. Sarkari asks where your company is incorporated before you buy, and won't sell it for a company incorporated anywhere else. If your company has branches or subsidiaries in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar or Kuwait, you may use Sarkari for them too. Your UK company buys the licence and holds it.
Trying it first
You can use Sarkari free for fourteen days from the first time you use it, with nothing to pay and no card asked for. When the trial ends it stops until you buy.
Updates
Your licence includes every update while it is paid up. New versions arrive on their own. Each instalment you pay moves your updates on a month. A year paid in full moves them on twelve months. If an instalment is missed, or the year ends, your copy keeps working exactly as it does that day, unless it has been changed in a way the licence doesn't allow. New versions stop arriving, security fixes included, and Sarkari shows a notice saying it is missing security and product updates. Reaching the dashboard from your phone stops too, because it runs for as long as updates do. When you pay what's owed, your copy gets the updates it missed. A licence bought once, before annual licences began, keeps its twelve months of updates, and then you can move to an annual licence. Your licence renews into the next year by default, paid the same way. You can turn renewal off in the licence panel on your dashboard before the year ends. While card payments aren't open, renewal sends you an invoice. It never charges a card, and we don't keep a card on file.
What Sarkari does not do
- It never files anything. It works out VAT and tax figures. You, or your accountant, submit your UK company's figures to HMRC through Making Tax Digital compatible software. For a branch or subsidiary in the Gulf, you or your adviser there file with that country's tax authority.
- It never approves on your behalf unless you tell it to. Nothing enters your books until you approve it in the dashboard. The one exception is an item an agent accepts under a delegation you gave in the dashboard. The agent accepts it in your name, within the limits you set. You can revoke a delegation at any time.
- It is not tax advice. Check its figures against your records and current HMRC guidance before you rely on them. For a branch or subsidiary in the Gulf, have an adviser in that country check them. Those figures come from draft rules that nobody independent has checked yet. Each one shows its sources. Some of the sources are secondary, and they're marked so.
It uses your own Claude subscription. Sarkari is a plugin for Claude Code and runs on the Claude plan you already have. That plan is not included in the price, and Claude's own terms and usage limits apply to it. Sarkari is not affiliated with Anthropic.
What you may not do
You may not copy, share, sell, rent, sublicense or otherwise redistribute Sarkari or any part of it, including the licence file inside your copy. You may not remove or work around the licence check. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except to the extent that the law where you live allows this regardless of these terms.
You may change the instructions Sarkari's agents follow, for your own use of Sarkari. You may not change Sarkari, or any part of it, so that it does work another Polyglyph Analytica product does, or uses a feature, rule pack or capability your licence doesn't include. If a copy has been changed in this way, its check fails and it stops working, and we don't support it. Restoring the copy we supplied makes it work again. The licence check tells us whether your copy has been changed. It never sends what you changed.
Refunds
At checkout you agree to these terms. If you're buying as a consumer, you keep your 14-day right to cancel, even after you've downloaded Sarkari.
You can get a full refund of a licence year within 30 days of its start. After that the year stands. The refund policy has the whole of it.
No warranty
Sarkari is provided as is. Polyglyph Analytica does not promise that its figures are right for your circumstances or free of errors; they are yours to check before you file. To the extent the law allows, Polyglyph Analytica is not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms takes away rights the law where you live gives you as a consumer.
Your data
Everything Sarkari works on stays on your computer. What leaves it, and why, is set out in the privacy policy.
Changes
The terms on this page on the day you buy are the ones that apply to your purchase. If they change, the date at the top changes with them, and a change never takes away a licence already bought.
